The download file is in the form of an ISO CD image file, it's a big file, about 353MB and may take 6 hours or more to download. Don't try to write the file to CD it will not work, instead use image writing software to write the ISO image to CD.

So that we can provide support more effectively, we request that you register your email address. Once the email address has been verified, you will be sent a download link for the software. Providing you have easy access to your emails, the whole process should take no more than a few seconds. Please download the latest fixture personality library from here as you will be required to install the Fixture Library after installing the Software.

Once you have registered, you will be sent details on how to download the software.

• You will need a PC equipped with a CD writer drive.
• A blank CD.
• Software to burn a CD Image (ISO) file to a CD. There is free software such as DeepBurner (direct download) and ImgBurn which can do this.

1. Extract the ISO file from the downloaded zip file.
2. Start DeepBurner.
3. Select the 3rd option ("Burn ISO Image").
4. Browse for the ISO file using the "..." button on the right.
5. Select the Drive, you will only need to do this if there is more than one CD writer in your PC.
6. Click "Burn ISO" to start the write process.

3. Select the Source file, this is the ISO file you downloaded.
4. Select the Destination Drive, you will only need to do this if there is more than one CD writer in your PC.
5. Make sure Verify is ticked.
6. Click on the icon of a disc to start the write process.
