Installing Diamond 4 Software

Updating Diamond 4 Console Software
  1. Download the install file and copy it to the Diamond 4.
  2. Close the Diamond 4 applications d4.exe and AvoUSB (D4usb.exe or AvoUsb.exe).
    If you are running the Diamond 4 Shell toolbar on the right-hand side of the screen you can use the Close Software button to do this.
  3. Execute the installer by double clicking on it.
  4. Restart the desk.

Installing Diamond 4 software on Windows Vista & Windows 7
  1. Make sure you are logged in as an administrator.
  2. Right click on the installer and select 'Properties'.
  3. Select the 'Compatibility' tab.
  4. Tick the box to run in compatibility mode and select 'Windows XP' as the operating system.
  5. Click OK.
  6. Run the installer (a box may appear asking if you trust the program to run, you will have to click 'Allow' to continue)
