This software is intended for Pearl 2004/2008 and Pearl Tiger consoles fitted with USB Hardware.

Please note if you are upgrading from Pearl 2004 software you will need to obtain a free software license from Avolites via our website. This licensing procedure comprises of several steps and may take up to 2 working days to complete. If you are upgrading from a previous version of Pearl 2008 software you do not need to relicense you console.

Full instructions for the installation/upgrade procedure can be found here and we recommend that you either print or have these available to you as you perform the upgrade. The steps involved are outlined below. 

1*. You must perform the modifications detailed in ECN 180 BEFORE carrying out the software upgrade procedure as the console may not function correctly without this. You can order an upgrade kit for this here.
2. Download the new program disk by supplying your email address below and clicking Register
3. Begin the upgrade procedure by running the AVOS extender from the System menu
4*. Apply online for a software license - You should receive a response from Avolites within 2 working days.
5*. Enter the license key returned to you by Avolites
6. Upgrade the main console program from the AVOS extender using the program disk you are about to download
7. Run the personality library installer and copy/sync with the console's new internal USB memory stick

*should not be needed if you are upgrading a console that is already running Pearl 2008 software.

So that we can provide support more effectively, we request that you register your email address. Once the email address has been verfied, you will be sent a download link. Providing you have easy access to your emails, the whole process should take no more than a few seconds
