Please allow yourself plenty of time to carry out the upgrade, do not upgrade just before a show and if it is possible please upgrade on a weekday when there is someone at Avolites to help you in case of difficulty. Also make sure that you have made a backup disk of your show because you will be required to do a wipeall afterwards.

You will first be instructed on how to upgrade the AVOS and then the main program.

1. Download the software and make a program disk.

2. Switch to the AVOS menu. (In user Level AVO press softkey [A])

3. Insert the disk in the drive and press [E] AVOS Extender and hit [ENTER]. Wait until the AVOS program has been loaded. The desk will reset and you may need to re-enter the AVOS. If the disk cannot be read then try using another disk.

4. In the AVOS menu select option [B] Burn a new Program, then hit [ENTER]. Wait until the program has been loaded and the message '100% Completed' appears.

5. Hit [A] Start the System. Carry out a wipeall and load you show disk.
