		<NewFeatures>
			<Feature>
				<Summary>Tap (twice) to set chase tempo</Summary>
				<Detail>In run mode you can use the tap tempo option in the root menu to set the chase step time. The time will be set to the time between each button press. If after 5 seconds you do not make a second button press then the time will not be assigned. This option only appears when you have a connected chase and only updates the speed for the connected chase. You can also access this feature on a blue or grey handle button by selecting the tap tempo option in key profiles.</Detail>
			</Feature>
			<Feature>
				<Summary>Hold Shift to speed up wheels</Summary>
				<Detail>Holding down the Avo shift key, causes the wheels to go into fast mode. When in this mode a single rotation of the wheel will always be the complete range of the item you are controlling. So if while moving the Pan wheel you hold down shift the fixture will make a complete pan movement between end stops in one rotation of the wheel.</Detail>
			</Feature>
			<Feature>
				<Summary>Patch multiple dimmers to a single handle</Summary>
				<Detail>You can patch multiple dimmer channels to a single fixture handle. This is done by patching another dimmer over the top of an existing dimmer. You can tell that the dimmer has been patched because the DMX address will increment. This allows you to control two dimmer channels with the same handle so that every time you change the intensity of that handle it will modify both dimmer channels.</Detail>
			</Feature>
			<Feature>
				<Summary>Key/Handle profiles and Run Modes</Summary>
				<Detail>The standard Run Mode Normal and Run Mode Takeover have been added to this version but also extended to give you extra flexibility and control. As with previous Pearls you have the option of switching between two run modes. This is done while the key switch is set to run and by selecting [Select Profile] in the root menu. A quick method of switching between modes is by toggling [Switch Profile To {profile name}], this will switch to the previously selected profile. You can also create your own profiles selecting [Key Profiles] in the system menu. This gives you the ability to customise what happens when a particular handle key is pressed for a fixture or playback. Once you have created your own profile, this will be added to the list of possible profiles in run mode.</Detail>
			</Feature>
			<Feature>
				<Summary>Numeric palette selection</Summary>

			</Feature>
			<Feature>
				<Summary>Enable or disable AutoSave in disk menu</Summary>
				<Detail>When you go into the disk menu and select [Auto Save] you have the option to enable or disable the auto save by toggling [Auto Save]. You can also set the frequency with which the auto save will occur by changing the [Duration]. It is advisable that during programming you have auto save enabled to prevent you loosing your show if a power failure occurs. When running your show you should have auto save disabled as it could effect the performance of the console or cause momentary pauses.</Detail>
			</Feature>
			<Feature>
				<Summary>Playback Options</Summary>

To change the playback options you need to select [Playback Options] in the root menu and then select the playback you want to change. While in this menu you can select any other playback to start editing that playback. The option are: Memory - Release Mask, Shape Size, Shape Speed, Curve; Chase - Loop / Stop on Final Cue, Play Direction, Cues Linked, Renumber Cues. The release mask allows you to set which attributes will be released to their default state when the playback is killed. You can also set this using the Attribute bank keys. The curve defines how the attribute values will change when the playback is faded in.</Detail>
			</Feature>
			<Feature>
				<Summary>Individual fixture attribute times</Summary>
				<Detail>You can now set different attribute times for each fixture in a cue. To change the times on a specific fixture you first need to edit times on the cue so select [Edit Times] and the playback you want to edit. You should now notice that all the fixtures in the cue are selected and the selected playback pulses. </Feature>
			<Feature>
				<Summary>Merge Cue/Palette shortcut</Summary>
				<Detail>If you are editing a cue or palette by overwriting an existing cue or palette you can press the playback select key again to merge the item. This makes it quicker to edit an item than having to select [Merge] from the softkey menu.</Detail>
			</Feature>
			<Feature>
				<Summary>Change cue fixture order</Summary>
				<Detail>The fixture order of a cue determines the order in which items such as fixture overlap are applied. If a fixture is first in the order then it will be the first one to run when an overlap is applied. The order also allows you to pair fixtures by giving them the same fixture order and causing them to move together. The fixture order is set in the [Edit Times] menu of the playback. Select [Fixture Order] and then use the fixture select keys to add fixtures to the current step. Press [Next Step] to edit the next step or type in a step number to jump to a specific step number. Each time you move to a new step the fixtures in that step will be selected. Please note that a fixture can only exist in one step and must exist in a step, so you can only remove it from a step by adding it to a different step.</Detail>
			</Feature>
			<Feature>

			</Feature>
			<Feature>
				<Summary>View fixture patch</Summary>
				<Detail>The fixture patch view allows you to see what fixtures are patched on the console, where they are patched and at what DMX address. You can open the fixture patch view by selecting [View] followed by [Fixture Patch]. You should now be able to see a table on the LCD screen showing all your fixtures. The list of fixtures can be filtered by typing in a search term. You can also use the wheels to scroll around the list and select different fixtures. As you select a fixture its handle will be highlighted by a pulsing LED. The best part though is that you can edit virtually anything in the table. First press [Edit] to put it into edit mode and use wheels A and B to scroll to the item you want to edit. Then just simply press enter and start typing. Please note that some values are input in the following form; Handle Number: {Page}.{Index}, DMX address: {Universe}.{Address}. The last thing to mention is that you can choose which columns are displayed by selecting [Columns] and choosing which columns to hide or show.</Detail>

The options to set the user number and provide a legend remain the same and there is a toggle to control whether a shared or normal palette will be recorded. By default the console will work out whether a shared or normal palette is required by inspecting the contents of the programmer; if all the fixtures of the same type have the same values it will select shared, otherwise it will select normal. A magic wand icon indicates that the console has set the state automatically. If you override this selection a user icon is displayed to show it is locked in a user selected state. The Set Mask button and the attribute bank buttons allow you to set a mask for the palette. Any attribute group not in the mask will not be recorded in the palette. There are four options that determine what is recorded in the palette: [Channel in Programmer] - records just fixture controls that are tagged in the programmer. [Group in Programmer] - records all the fixture controls in any attribute group that has one or more channels in the programmer. For example if Cyan is in the programmer all Colour controls will be recorded even if they are not in the programmer. (The exception is Dimmer which will not be included with the intensity group unless it is tagged). [Group in Mask] - records everything not excluded by the mask. [Mixed] - records by group for Position and Colour but by channel for all other controls.</Detail>

				<Summary>Cue Lists</Summary>
				<Detail>The Expert now has full cue list functionality. Cue lists allow you to record a sequence of cues to be played back under the control of a single button. Each cue has comprehensive timing and ordering control allowing you to build a complete show in a single list. You create a cue list by pressing the Chase button twice then selecting an empty handle. Recording a cue list is similar to recording a chase; you create each scene in turn then append cues to the list using Softkey D or by pressing the cuelist's select button. You may set the fade time, delay time and legend for the next cue in the menu before you record it. Once recorded you play back a cue list by raising the fader and firing each step with the Go button. By default cuelists are not killed when you lower the fader but by holding the shift (AVO) key and pressing the handle select. You can change this in the playback options menu. When a cuelist is connected you can use Wheel A and the direction keys to change the next step, SNAP BACK and the key above it to snap forward and backward in a list, Review to run the live step again, LIVE TIME and NEXT TIME to set times on the live and next cues and REC STEP to update the live step. When editing times on a cue list use the wheel to scroll through the list and set fixture and attribute times on any cue. You can also set cue times from Unfold.</Detail>
