In the event that your unit should need a service or repair please contact Lee Aylott or Tom
in the Service Repair department at Avolites.
You will need to obtain a return authorization number prior to returning your unit to us.Be prepared to
state the model, date of purchase, serial number and a brief description of fault when you call.
Please download and fill in the Service Repairs sheet (in the box to the right of this text) and enclose it
with your returned product.
Failure to do this will result in a delay in your product being attended to.
